Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused and unopened.
  • Product must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened food products
  • Opened herbal powders
  • Opened seeds
  • Opened dry fruits
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment option used.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by The Herbal Foods.
